Haven't updated in ages

So I realize I haven't updated this thing in ages. So I might fill you in on how my life has been going:

Summer is over *sarcastic shocked face* and now I am busy as hell. I have two jobs totaling about 25-40 hours a week and it is slowly killing me. Classes are also doing a good job of giving me a swift kick to the ass. My calc class is destroying me, so I am working with a tutor about 5 hours a week. Other than that... its just keeping up with homework and work and still finding time to sleep. I really want to quit one job, but I have to work at both to afford rent and living expenses. All of my writing has been put on hold, but it isn't a huge deal seeing that I never got any commissions. I am going to try to ride out the semester and maybe quit working and relax during the spring semester. I am hoping to make it out this semester with atleast a 2.5 gpa.

tl;dr version: stressed-out fox is stressed

So not much to brag about... I didn't go to michigan city for the weekend like planned earlier this month and I didn't get to go to new york this week. Canceling my tickets to see the daily show was a rather bitter sweet experience. I didn't get to go to AC because I planned on going to NY. Yeah... this summer is going from totally awesome to meh.

So I have been getting more serious with my writing and I am happy with all the attention it has gotten me. I even had a few fans talk to me on aim, one of which I am now a close friend with. So I have seven stories uploaded now, time to gloat and show off my stats.

vacation time

So this is me on my brother in law's laptop. I am in Florida for the week, soaking up some sun and just enjoying not being at work/school. Unfortunately... before I left, my laptop fell off my desk and the screen broke, so I get to look forward to that when I get back. I applied for a couple new jobs and my grades came back (1 A, 2 B, 2 C) so not bad at all. Summer time is now... I'll be online from time to time but cya when I get back.

Stayed up til 7am studying for my final. Woke up at 9am to take my final. I worked til 9:30pm. I am done for the year.

Its been two days since my first submission, and I have added yet another story. I have already reached almost 800 views between the two as well as 5 favorites. The only problem I have is that I have no page views ><. Oh well, I my work is getting out there so I can't complain.

Checking up on my submission, I was shocked to find it landed me (345 views, 6 comments, 3 favs, and 1 watch). Its not even one day old too, and it has already created more of a buzz than my best work on DA and previous FA work combined. <3

So today has kicked a lot of ass. It started at 6am when I struck by inspiration and wrote my first story on FA. (which has gotten some decent feedback). Later on I had my science final. It went ok, I am guessing another B in the works. To celebrate having the night off, I went out to eat with a bunch of my friends. It was very nice to get out, chill, and stuff my face. I returned home to play some rock band and smash bros before my friends had to head home. But, the best part of my night, if not the highlight of my week. I GOT A 84% ON MY MATH FINAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There seriously had to have been some divine intervention or something. It looks like I just might pass the class and not be even further behind in math. *wags tail happily* Good day.... very good day.

Finals are next week... just finished a test (during dead week ><). The weather has been amazing though. I have been in a really great mood til about 5pm yesterday when I got some email saying NBC contacted my university about copyright blah blah blah. Basically... don't torrent on wifi T_T. Here I thought I would get yelled at for surfing FA before I was caught torrenting. Oh well, they said they weren't going to press charges, but it sure as hell scared me half to death.

So things are only getting worse. I am not in the greatest mood, so I am going to try to avoid a stereotypical emo post. Basically my classes aren't going well. I will most likely have to repeat a few courses. The stress is getting to me. I hope I can get into some summer courses so I dont fall behind. I just gotta keep remembering that summer is only a few weeks away.

Yeah I have been crazy busy. Basically I have either been studying for tests or writing papers for the last two weeks now. I picked up a copy of crisis core and love it.... sadly enough I have only played it for about 10 hours and that was mostly saturday night. Hurry up summer! Some free time would be nice.

My break is over... and that sucks. Things have sucked lately, I didn't get my new job, and work has been crazy. Basically school is going to kick my ass when I get back, but it should be ok because I have worked so much lately I might have some money for a change. Also on the bright side, my high school friends have spring break coming up so I can party with them. Lets pray summer comes soon. Til then, I am just going to pretend school isn't going to destroy me. Yay, ignorance is truly bliss ^^

Spring break and insomnia

So it is about halfway through my break. I will admit I am having a blast hanging out with my friends non stop, but the lack of sleep is killing me. I really do want to get out and do something different, but most things require money and I have been lacking that for awhile. Oh well, tomorrow I have my job interview so I might have a source of income soon. I have a few more days left in break so who knows... I could end up doing something really cool, who knows?

Idk why I am so sick. Now its just physical exhaustion mixed with a sore throat and upset stomach. Missing math sucked but luckily I didn't have a quiz today. I picked up Patapon from work and shared a quick laugh with my boss. So now its more laying in bed and feeling like crap, but now I have a new game to occupy my time.

So this is day three of me being sick. If this ruins my week I will be pissed. On the plus side my friend from MSU is coming down for the weekend so I am thinking about dragging him along to DDR club on friday. Other than the fact I am sick my week should be good. I am picking up Patapon tomorrow, and I work sometime on saturday. I hope I will be feeling well enough to go to Capoeira tomorrow, if not there is always next week.
